His Eminence stated that the establishment of a government in Syria in which internationally wanted terrorists have the upper hand cannot be safe, even if these terrorists initially claimed that they would not desecrate the sacred Islamic sites and symbols or persecute the minorities to gain the acceptance of the international community. History has taught us that as soon as these types of people tighten their grip on power, they show their true colours and begin to break their promises, as the Taliban did.
Allowing these terrorists to rule Syria and determine its fate is a sin that can only be expiated by ending their presence. Therefore, we stand by our position that the only solution is via the establishment of a cross-border force that embarks on a war of eradication to bring an end to these terrorists, even if the major powers fail to act and even if such a decision will lead to a clash with the regional powers that support them..
We were against the Assad regime from the start and warned against siding with it because it was an oppressive regime imposed on the Syrian people. We demanded that military intervention be limited to protecting the Shia holy sites and areas, but the foolish Khamenei refused and instead decided to gamble with the fate of the holy sites and the future of the Syrian Shias by supporting the regime, only to eventually abandon everything and everyone.
We warn the Shia in Syria against abandoning the defence of the holy sites. Do not be swayed by the false promises of these terrorists and remain vigilant. We also warn these terrorists that any attack on the shrine of al-Aqeela Zainab (peace be upon her) and all other holy sites will be met with a popular retaliatory uprising that is not subject to political considerations like Khamenei’s, and if that were to happen, you will be completely wiped out.
