In the Name of Allah, the All-Beneficent, the All-Merciful.
May Allah bless Muhammad and his Family and damn their enemies.

To our Hazara brothers and sisters, as you know more than anyone, the ideology on which the Taliban stand upon is rooted in bloodshed, so beware of affording them even an ounce of trust.

These groups tend to evolve towards that which is more extreme. One can take the example in Iraq of al-Maqdisi and his student al-Zarqaoui at the turn of the 21st century. The first took a more lenient approach with the Shi’a, while the latter began mass executions. Our prayers are with the faithful Hazara in Afghanistan. Depend on yourselves for safety. Any arms you possess should never be surrendered; prepare for the worst-case scenario, and defend yourselves, your women and your children with no fear. Allah is watchful over his creation.

We remind the Hazara and the Shi’a at large of Qatif and al-Hasa a century ago when the Shi’a bowed to the family of Saud in ‘exchange’ for supposed safeguarding from bloodshed. The family of Saud then used the acquired immense wealth from natural resources to spread Wahabism and finance the Taliban. Every time humanity beats down the plague of terrorism; it raises its head again. We have seen this for centuries. It is our firm belief that only an upright and faithful Shi’a resistance force can indefinitely resolve this – as it is us who fully understand its ideological source. We call on the Marjiya to form and fund this group. If positioned correctly and executed with great foresight, such a group can be a beacon of light towards eradicating terrorism. It is well within the realms of possibility for such a group to attain massive international support.

The Taliban have now claimed to offer safety and security so long as you respect the first tyrants who plunged this Ummah into darkness, to respect the very forefathers who birthed the terror of the Taliban themselves; historical characters like Abu Bakr, Umar, and A’isha. It should be known and embedded in the mind of the Shi’a that compromising our faith, as a default preference, will bring about nothing more than humiliation and an increase of oppression. History teaches us this.

We recall, to the Hazara, the example of Imam al-Hussain (peace be upon him) who completely refused to give in to the demands of Yazid ibn Muawiya. He remained firm and confident in the religion of Allah no matter the consequences. Which Shi’a can forget the divine bravery and loyalty to God, when Imam al-Hussain (peace be upon him) pointed people to the event of Saqifa on the very battlefield of Karbala, saying: “Abu Bakr and Umar have killed me!”.

Be as Imam al-Hussain (peace be upon him) and his companions were. Let your stand be as their stand was; this is the mark of that history will remember, those the inhabitants of the heavens will intercede. Be the true meaning of the word Shi’a. The one who refuses to compromise their standing with the Ahlul-Bayt (peace be upon them), and who always puts them first and holds their head up high towards them.
